Creative sued Apple for MP3 interface patent
Finally Creative Tech sued Apple for the MP3 interface’s patent infringement after rewarded the patent a few months ago. Wondering how long this thing will drag and will there be any significant benefit to Creative Tech.
After reading some forums, looks like everyone is calling Creative ashame of doing so, i don’t know why, may be because they are die hard Apple fan, may be they think that Apple is more creative than Creative Tech, may be they just want to be with the winning crowd. Any way, whether we all like Apple or not, definately this is a bad news for Apple, how serious? I don’t know, coz not enough knowledge in this area, although know something in patent law.
May be all these die hard Apple fans or Creative cursers don’t know that both iTune and iPod is not from Apple, is actually purchased from another company, any way, lets see if Creative can make good use of this opportunity to save herself.
