Dinner at San Marco Restaurant, Fullerton Hotel

Felia got it first :-) treated me a dinner that is the most expensive i ever had. All together 400++ SGD.

Felia ordered entrees :

SCALLOPS
pan-fried sicilian scallops with compote of tomato and
basil, aubergine-tapenade dressing, terrine of roasted
peppers and white balsamic emulsion

TORTELLINI
homemade squid ink tortellini stuffed with crab and
grapefruit mousse served with light beurre blanc sauce
and candied grapefruit heart

and dessert :

CHOCOLATE
warm valrhona chocolate fondant with homemade
ice cream, marmalade of candied kumquat,
velvet chocolate lava and cocoa crunch

I ordered just the main course :

LAMB
confit of lamb saddle with taggiasce black olive potato
mousseline, roasted mediterranean vegetables and
minted pesto

and of course, we ordered a bottle of champagne for the celebration.
