Everyone is so bullish – Part II
I start to feel that everyone is too bullish since January, until now everyone is still very very bullish. Bad sign indeed, especially I can see that more and more ppl go into forum ask, what is the next stock to buy !!!! Typical market peak’s scenario.
There are lots of signal to show date market is in over bought condition, but every bearish signal and poor outlook annoucement are followed by higher high, and slowly ppl forgot about all the previous signal, coz everyone just keep thinking tomorrow what can i buy, what will raise. Including myself. I’ve set target to unload everything before end of first quarter, but until now i still can’t do that coz it is still raising.
Now i monitor china stock everyday, and think of how to earn quick money everyday, bad sign…… Must remind myself again and again, bearish signal is still there, market index reaching top, more and more newbies come in, stock run like no tomorrow, ppl buy like no tomorrow. If everyone also have the same thinking as mine, any trigger will just cause the market to collapse. But if don’t react fast enough, ppl will just say Thank You to you, try again next time.
