Master Plan
Do you have your own master plan? or you company has one? The most amazed representation is the one from a pharma company that i visited during my trip to San Fran.
Lots of post-it on a few walls that draw the whole plan, to do, progress, and steps. The end of each stage can be start of next stage or a holiday in Disney Land, etc.
Another amazed plan is google’s master plan that i knew from the net, but less official.
