Majority of the new traffic now is from Search Engines, which is very important, especially when you want to monetarize your forum. A lot of publishers will say adsense can’t survive in forum, that is because their “first time visitor” is too little.
When I join MalaysiaBrides.com, the new visitor percentage is less than 10%, my aim for 3-6 months is to double and tripple it, my achievement after 9 months is 36% of new visitors, and 61% of traffic from Search Engines. For a forum where the traffic is mostly repeated, I would consider this is a relatively good result, although there are still much to be achieved.
